How to avoid a big pain in the ass....

Crash Pants Impact Shorts by Demon. The Roach bought these Demon Shield Hardtail pants because, of all the impact shorts on the market, they offer the best protection overall but most importantly the best protection for your coccyx (tail bone). It is your coccyx that takes the hammering when snowboarding. It is all well and good having nice padding throughout the rest of the shorts but if your tail bone is not protected by a combination of high density foam and impact spreading hard shell then you will probably be wasting your money! Be aware that many so called impact shorts on the market today do not have, in our opinion, adequate coccyx protection.

Several people have asked us what 'LOW' means. It does NOT mean low impact protection!! Far from it, in our opinion these pants offer the best protection of all crash pants on the market bar none. 'LOW' means lower body. Demon also do a 'HIGH' range for the upper body.
